This was a combination of various rooms used for service and heating when the old school had a forced-air coal-fired heating system. We pulled out the old heat exchangers and the workshop, put new hardwood and tile floors in, and converted to a small apartment.

This is a little bigger than a hotel room and much nicer. It is a quirky and interesting space. Not great lighting since many of the rooms are interior, but if you have spent the day fishing the river you will sleep like a baby in this one.
