Office Lofts

The Old School has ten single-room office lofts of various sizes and configurations which can be rented short- or long term. In addition to these separate rooms, there are two clusters of offices that can be rented to accommodate several people in a work environment. The building also has a large flex space (the old Auditorium) that can be used as a larger event room, or easily converted to a multi-person configuration using cubicles or dividers. There are newly-renovated common bathrooms with privacy in the halls and certain locations with private bathrooms.

Depending upon current occupancy, renting an entire floor is also a possibility. Plentiful free parking. Most utilities and operations costs are included in your lease.
