Are pets allowed?

Pets can sometimes be accommodated on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss the details.

Are the units handicapped accessible?

The ground level has a wheelchair ramp, and there is an ADA elevator up to the first floor. However, the second floor can only be accessed via the stairwells.

What is parking like?

There is ample street parking. There is room in a private parking lot if necessary.

How close are the apratments to a grocery store?

The two main grocery stores are (Town & Country and Safeway) are 1 mile south and north, respectively. There are several smaller stores in the old part of downtown, as well as restaurants.

Is there a playground nearby?

The adjacent block to the west is the site of the newly renovated playground, splash pad and amphitheater. It is an extremely nice park. The farmers market also meets here on Saturday mornings.

What is the minimum stay?

Pricing is set up to offer discounts for longer stays. The discounts increase incrementally as your length of stay reaches 2, 7, and 30 days.

Are there private entrances?

There are four entrances, two into the ground level, and two into the first floor. All tenants are welcome to use any entrance they find convenient.

Do the apartments get cleaned every day?

Apartments are cleaned at the end of each guest’s stay. More frequent cleaning services are available for an addtional fee.

Do you offer long-term rental discounts?

Yes, we can sign leases as long as guests (practically) request, and discounts increase until the lease reaches one year in term.

Are staples provided in the kitchen?

The loft apartments include staples and grocery stores are a short walk away. The Saturday morning farmers’ market is across the street. The common break rooms on the ground and second floors are stocked by those respective tenants.
